Divine Mother Mantra Sādhanā
5 weeks course starting on Thursday 15th October at 6.30 am – online.
The medicine of the Divine Mother is not only deeply elevating for the spirit but also is a necessity for individual and global well-being.
Entering this Sadhana practice is like unraveling the wisdom and beauty already inherent within each one of us.
There is a very special spiritual practice that I love. I have found this practice deeply enriching, connecting and awakening on many levels.
For many years, I would never miss The Nine Nights of The Divine Mother, otherwise known as Navaratri. Navaratri takes place at a special time of the year in conjunction with planetary alignment, usually around October.
Over the last few years I have not been able to engage in this practice until recently a friend and I got together for Navaratri to do Sadhana*.
We both loved it so much that we decided to continue on beyond the traditional nine nights.
The practice involves connecting with a specific form of the Divine Mother in the form of a high frequency Tantrika Goddess or Devi. It also involves chanting specific mantra**, visualising yantras (sacred geometry forms), singing and meditating.
To those of you interested in joining me, I will humbly share with you these ancient potent teachings from the yogic tradition.
Experienced practitioners and newbies welcome. This course is also open to men who worship the Sacred Feminine (by honoring the sacred feminine, your sacred masculine will be awakened too).

*About Sādhanā
Sādhanā is a spiritual practice with a particular intention, it usually involves setting up a resolve called a Sankalpa. Your sankalpa will carry a specific Shakti (creative life force) that will be re-energised during our practice.
“The ripples of spiritual practice and prayer touch and influence EVERYTHING and EVERYONE: human hearts and ocean creatures; the stars and the trees; generations behind us and generations to come. We are all creating and being created by each other.” Chameli Ardagha
**About Mantra practice
Mantras practice is a deep science of frequency and sound vibrations. Mantras are Sacred words in Sanskrit that hold powerful vibrations that positively influence our energy system, our brain waves, our environment and even our DNA! Mantra practice involves chanting and repeating mantras.
“You are chanting mantras to clear duality from your consciousness. It broadens your scope of understanding and wisdom. Wisdom emerges when your mind isn’t full of projection, biases, judgment, insecurities, and unnecessary fear that we tend to get bunched up in. Mantra loosens all of it. You don’t have to have a good feeling when you are chanting; the mantra is doing very deep work in your body, in your psyche.”~ ShantiMayi
