Needless to say, our sense of Joy may have somewhat diminished! This has an impact on our immune system and our ability to be resilient, on our energy levels, creativity, effectiveness and ability to relate to life in general.
So how do we recreate that Joy? Even if it seems artificial at first? Well…the answer is LAUGHTER YOGA!

WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA
Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine that combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing which brings in more oxygen to the body and brain making one feel more energetic and healthier. It is a powerful cardio workout. from the University of Laughter Yoga
