Needless to say, our sense of Joy may have somewhat diminished these past couple of years! There’s been so much happening and sadly it continues on. This has an impact on our immune system and our ability to be resilient, on our energy levels, creativity, effectiveness and ability to relate to life in general.
We still have choice to do what we can to elevate our mood and reclaim joy and I guaranty that when you show up it really works!

WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA
Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine that combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing which brings in more oxygen to the body and brain making one feel more energetic and healthier. It is a powerful cardio workout. ( University of Laughter Yoga)
