Come along to this cosy offering to re-establish a deeper connection with yourself and reset your nervous system.
This mini afternoon retreat is for you if you desire to take some time out for yourself. We will practice some very gentle yoga, restoratives with bolsters, blankets, props, guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation), breathing practices and guided meditations.
I have created this mini oasis to make sure that the busy end of year season doesn’t take a toll on you so that you can be all that you can be and do all you need to do out there in the world. I will guide you to re-balance your nervous system, mind, body and heart and all your energy centers. a
The invitation to this cosy Sadhana nest is for 12 people only. Women and Men are welcome to join.
