A Goddess is…
A Goddess is a woman who feels that her essence is Divine, Loving, Wild and Compassionate. She desires to awaken to her full potential, to express her authentic self, to embrace all he parts of who she is, to connect with her inner wisdom and with her intuition. She knows that her relationship with herself impacts on the quality of her relationships with the outer world and with others. She is committed to her growth from a compassionate place. She is willing to embrace her light and her shadows as an integral part of this human experience. She is committed to her devotional practice : Sadhana*
The most powerful and life changing thing we can give to ourselves is having a morning practice. In yogic terms we call a spiritual practice Sadhana*. We practice intentionally. We set an intention that opens the door to our Shakti – our creative life force – to flow in the direction of our heart’s desires.
Do you know that the happiest people and the most successful people start their day with a spiritual practice?
Creating the life that we want begins with who we are at the core. And who we are determines what we attract, what we manifest and how we experience life.
Having a regular Sadhana practice helps us become more of who we want to become so we can create our life from who we are. Having a REGULAR Daily practice is the best gift you can give yourself to feel more grounded, beautiful and experience more ease even when challenges arise in your day!
This specific morning class is designed for all women who desire to awaken her inner Goddess and bring her into her day + week !
The class is open to ALL women with or without experience in Sadhana practices. All you need is the commitment to show up every Monday morning for 6 weeks and do the practices with us.
What does a session look like?
- We begin with a seated practice called Kriya, we then embark on specific asanas, movements, breath and sound practices.
- You will be invited to chant a goddess mantra and at times a free flow dance or mudras ( hand gestures) will shape the intention of your day.
- We will complete with a womb meditation to help you feel grounded, secure, and creative.
- Each week invites the energy of a Goddess that we will infuse into our practices.
Week 1 & 2 : Durga Devi

Durga Devi is considered as the feminine epitome of strength. She is depicted in Vedic literature as a goddess having feminine prowess, power, determination, wisdom. She is called upon for courage, stamina, determination, wisdom, and victory over inner and outer egoistical tendencies. She helps us move through obstacles and challenges. Durga is also considered to be the embodiment of THE PROTECTIVE MOTHER, fierce but deeply loving and caring. As we enliven Durga Shakti’s motherly powers, negative forces cannot overpower us. Students who practice with Durga report feeling connected to an invincible force.
Week 3 & 4 – Lakshmi Devi

The Goddess of Abundance and prosperity called upon to help us access inner and outer resources whether it be time, money, knowledge, connections, or opportunity. She invites trust, generosity, clarity, beauty and receptivity. She is the guardian of our material and spiritual wellbeing. She is the embodiment of Abundance Consciousness, flow, receptivity, sharing, and exchange. She supports the goodness of our heart, the purity of our intentions and beauty as a way to elevate the spirit. She raises our vibrations when we tune into her magic!
Week 5 & 6 : Saraswati Devi

Saraswati is often referred to as a river Goddess in Hindu tradition and is believed to be the mother of the Vedas. ” She is a fountain of Knowledge and wisdom.
“In the East, the power of knowledge, the active force behind any mental process, is the feminine archetype Saraswati, an energy that empowers the mind at the brow center.* ” She also presides over speech and helps us awaken our throat chakra.
We call upon Saraswati to empower ourself with the Knowledge of the Self, to access wisdom and insights and to nurture our expression with words and impeccability of speech. Her speech power resides with Mantras.
